Under the Umbrella

Under the Umbrella is a faith-based, Charlotte Mason inspired homeschool enrichment program that meets at Christ Chapel church. Our foundation is the Word of God which infiltrates into what and how we teach. We believe learning is inspired within community and rooted in the home.

Our program is drop off and classes are from 9:30am-3:00pm one day per week.

Semester Fees

$25.00 admin fee per family
$75.00 per student, per class fee

Under the Umbrella meets on Thursdays. Our class schedule is below. Registration for the Fall 2026 semester opens in March and the Fall semester begins September 10th, with the last day of classes being December 10th.

Under the Umbrella Registration Fee

Use this form to pay the $25 family registration fee, then continue with class registration for each student using the link. After you submit individual class registration for each child, a copy of your google form will be emailed to you at the email address you provided. An invoice will also be sent, and payment is due by July 10th. Thank you!

‍There are four convenient ways to pay:

1. In person: drop your payment off at Christ Chapel's office between the hours of 10:00am - 4:00pm.
2. Mail your payment to Christ Chapel: PO Box 2438, South Bend, IN 46680. Make your check payable to Christ Chapel and write Under the Umbrella (UtU) on the memo line.
3. Call the church office (574) 968-1566 on Fridays between the hours of 10am-4pm and make your payment via credit card with Miss Becky. (NOTE: a 2% credit card processing fee will be added)
4. Bring your payment when you drop off/pick up your child(ren) from UtU any of the remaining Thursdays of the school year.
